Well they range from "pop-up" restaurants "Culinary hive mind" for the "third wave" of coffee, but 3 of them that I found particularly interesting:

1. Naturalism
I'm all for cooks, using high-quality, natural ingredients in its restaurants. But when Michael Mina flown in Las Vegas Restaurant seafood to intervene of its fish in the ocean water, I think that is "naturalism," to the extreme.

2. Locavores
Days don't care where our food in the distant past as buying locally grown in popularity in 2010. This is definitely one of the trends I am 100% behind. Not only because of local food seem fresh, but I also like the idea of giving back to the local economy.

3. fast food monsters
2010 has been a year of some extremely unhealthy fast food creations, with Bacon and cheese sandwiches made two Fried chicken breast, calorie-2530 "pizza Burger" Monster. Of course, over the past year seems to be worse than anything we've seen before in this area.
