We've all heard, promises and hype: "lose 10 pounds in just 24 hours!" "Lose weight fast, eat what you want from your favorite foods and never go hungry again!"

The problem is that most of these diets just advertising. Or worse, they really help you lose weight quickly-but they can damage your health and your ability to keep the weight of the long term. In other words not only ineffective, but they can also be really dangerous.

Therefore, the question arises: is there really effective diets lose weight there? In fact there are, and we'll talk about some of them.
