Dieting to lose weight quickly


I never thought I would write about living in my late 40 and raving about a diet to lose weight fast, but here I go! I have always kept me pretty origin form. Semi pro football was my tool that kept me meat in my late 20 's. It wasn't until my mid-thirties that my football career began to fade. The game with the growth of new football stars, felt like chasing deer around the field. Then those darn hamstrings began at the slightest mention words pop football. So boots got hung up.

Unfortunately, this is not the only thing that came up, so did my weight. For 10 years, approached my weight 35 lbs. Strange thing, you don't notice it until your health suffers in some way. Pre Diabetes was my wake up call. Doc says some lose weight and cut out carbs as you can.
