Piloxing: fun way to workout

If you like a hybrid of words, you'll love the Piloxing. "and no, it does not require, stamping your cat while doing terrible Pilates Sto ... Fortunately!

It's a fun combination of boxing, Pilates and established Swedish celebrity trainer, Viveca Jensen. This method of Jensen, physically and mentally to empower people through fitness.

Piloxing mainly intended for women (sorry guys!) and it offers an interesting mix of speed, agility, sculpting and flexibility.

Also includes the use of weighted gloves one pound, add some intensity of your workout, toning and stimulating cardiovascular diseases.

I think it looks like a great workout. And if you enjoy Pilates, but boring sometimes, it's a great way to increase your normal mode.
