I hate stress. And I mentally, so I don't handle it very well. A lot of junk food, yelling at people and watch the planes, trains and automobiles round trip.

Stress can wreak havoc on your body. Common symptoms of chronic stress include headache, irritability, insomnia, depression, high blood pressure, and I always thought weight gain was risk too.

But a new study says that stress has only minor effects on weight gain.

In a study published in the journal obesity with scientists examined data from previous studies 32 bodyweight and stress and found most of the studies found no link between level stress people and their weight within a few years.

Researchers evaluated studies conducted in the 1990s 2000s that the stress level of persons depending on weight.

69% among the studies found no clear link between the level of stress and weight, high load 25% associated weight gain, and 6%, showed the stress associated with less weight over time.

After all, only a modest relationship was found between the total stress and weight gain. But researchers say, the effects of stress on weight can vary from person to person, especially when considering the various types of stress; such as job stress as compared to the stress of life.

The last few years have been a whirlwind for the Cookie Monster. From having to dispel tabloid rumors about his name being changed to the "Vegetable Monster," to his recent run in the limelight, which centered on an aggressive campaign to host Saturday Night Live.

Although the cookie monster will not be changing the name on his birth certificate, the Sesame Street executives are trying to do their part when it comes to promoting healthy eating, with a specific aim to nourish those who don't meet basic nutritional needs.

Jeanette Betancourt, vice president of content design for the education, research and outreach department of Sesame Workshop, said:

We found there were really very few resources engaging young children and helping them engage not only in healthy habits but also in knowing that as a family they're not alone in this.

The program provides families with an educational kit, including;

A video featuring four new Muppets, the "Super foods" - Banana, cheese, whole-grain roll and broccoli. Elmo and friends, including real families, as they try new foods, learn about healthy snacks and discover the importance of sharing a meal together.

The superfoods (although not official Sesame Street cast members) sing and dance, encouraging children to try new healthy foods. The 400,000 kits will be distributed to lower income families and segments will air on the show this month (December 2010). You can watch the video segments here.

MSNBC'S Investigation revealed many hotspots food court are oozing from e. coli poop and littered with the mouse.

Investigators visited centers in Boston, Minnesota and New York and find all kinds of violations of the health code, and unsafe practices.

Inspection reports indicate that from 2009 on electronic Faneuil Hall, 43% of food vendors was a critical violations, 68% at Mall of America in Minnesota and 84 percent of savours Mall in New York.

Places like Japan in Megumi Faneuil invoked to mouse droppings in the store. That was the charcoal grilling in seaport Mall. Megumi had the unpleasant Roach.

Other violations include storing raw meat temperatures, preservation of cooked food too far away from heat or cold sliced fruits are not enough, both of these offences may cause the bacteria Escherichia coli to grow food.
