Love a good weight loss success. And, here is a little different from the norm. ...
When Bob Mewse, 56 years, saw the image of the party, through Google Street view in November last year, he was stunned at how out of shape, it looked. He said,
I'm thinking about losing weight for a while, but after seeing this picture, I knew that I actually do something about it. I was in such bad condition that I was not able to walk and talk at the same time.
So after watching the video, he has changed his diet cakes, potato crisps, biscuits and takeaway foods, healthy foods like salads, fruits, vegetables and fibre-rich protein products. He also began, three days a week.
This is how Mr. Mewse looks like now ...
He went from morbidly obese 21 3Ib amazing 14 stone, making these lifestyle changes.
Isn't it wonderful?
MR. Mewse adds
If I can do it, anybody can-I'm just a normal guy. Now I feel much healthier.
I often recommend clients focus on self-image when thinner to help motivate your weight loss efforts. There are even sites dedicated to this idea, where you can create virtual thin version of yourself.
After seeing pictures of your body to your ideal weight is a powerful motivator. However, as Mr. Mewse, the reverse can also be set to true.
Thus, if you have a goal to lose weight, the more motivation for you--so thin, or see yourself on your heavy?
